Through your passion for cycling, you will share and create a vibrant atmosphere in the shop with colleagues and customers.

Are you passionate about cycling and fashion and able to think outside of the box, and willing to assist in all fields in order to help and support the overall team to accomplish all day-to-day tasks? 

Do you have extensive knowledge of premium cycling clothing, coffee, and a cyclist too?

Do you master a strong customer focus and can you ensure that the Bomba Bomba vibe is created in our community through the daily operation and local activations?

Task & Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall look and feel of the store

• Deliver the ultimate experience and customer service

• Be in charge of shifts and duties within

• Executing Group Rides & in store activities

• Assist in visual merchandising of the shop

• Assist in maintaining and creating a strong local community

• Maintain a fully-stocked store

In addition, you also have:

• Be personal, be authentic and lead from the front

• Fluent in Dutch and English - other languages are a plus.

• A passionate and genuine interest in cycling is necessary.

Personally, you are/have:

• Good social skills, friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality

• Passionate about delivering excellent customer experience

• Highly organized to ensure the smooth running of daily operations in the store

• Keen eye for detail and accuracy

• A structured, motivated self-starter capable of driving projects forward engagingly and collaboratively.

• Highly self-motivated - have energy and a positive mindset with a “can-do” attitude.

• Flexible and expected to work over weekends
