For most items we have a 30-day return and exchange policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please see the exceptions/non-returnable items section for clarification on which items may be returned or exchanged. Any further questions may be directed to email@example.com.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, unworn and unused, with tags, in their original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase. Faulty items may be returned at any time.
Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please visit us in store or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and specify which resolution you would like. If you are unable to visit us in store, after we have verified your request, you will be sent a return form as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Any return shipping or customs costs are at your own expense and shipping costs will not be refunded if only partial orders are returned. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted. Additionally, refunds will not be issued or exchanges shipped until items have been received and their condition verified.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, perishable items such as food and nutrition products, personal care goods that have been opened or have broken seals such as creams, liquid and ointments, special order items that are not regularly stocked and have been ordered specifically for you, personalized items, sale items purchased in store, worn/used items, items without a receipt or proof of purchase, and items outside purchased outside of the specified return period are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale items purchased and shipped through our website are subject to a 14 day return period.
Once we’ve received and verified your return we will send you a refund notification. If purchased online, a refund will be automatically issued to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If purchased in store, we will contact you with next steps and a refund will be issued via bank transfer.
